Tasks can be related to any entity in FIREBusinessPlatform.  They can easily be created simply to track time or to assign work to keep projects moving.

Attach files or add a comment to a task for additional explanation, even send an email to the assigned to with the click of a single button to get the status.

Team Management

Keep your team, large or small, on track using tasks and since they are kept in the FIREBusinessPlatform you can see them on the calendar and quickly determine ‘Whats the status’ – unlike emailing out work.  Providing a formal framework for work will improve effeciency.

Workflow Management

Tasks have start and end times and can be set up serially to accomplish larger goals across multiple people.  When past due they stand out on the calendar.

To manage support of customers task can be submitted with a form or automatically created and once again, all are seen on the calendar for an overview of the workload.

Auto Assign/Create

Tasks can be created manually, automatically from forms being submitted and automatically from advanced funnel rules.

Once the system is set up, critical work will not fall through the cracks – it will always be tracked.


To improve collaboration within the platform, every record of every entity in the platform can have comments attached. (i.e. a LandingPage can be reviewed and comments left, and comments can also be added to a contact – every record of every entity type)

This allows for proper team feedback and the feedback is part of the record.

Email Notifications

As with commenting, every record of every entity can be monitored.  Not just for ‘a change’ for any specific change, like someone added a comment.

The monitoring system sends an email to anyone who is monitoring when the event being monitored occurs. The email contains the details of the change and a link back to the record.

File Sharing

FIREBusienssPlatform has a formal file repository.  These files can be contracts or media used in the landing pages. The repository is integrated with all other entities.  This is where a PDF would be saved that could be attached to a down load form for customers.

Interactions and uses of the file are tracked.

File Delivery Tracking

Whether downloaded from a form or from an email send from the integrated email account, files can be shared and deliver requested information automatically.

Downloads from forms and emails are tracked (who what and when).

Integrated Calendar

The calendar within the FIREBusinessPlatform is the place to see everything – all the tasks, all the meetings and they can be filtered in the view so as not to be overwhelming.

Also, your own (assigned to you) meetings and tasks will also show in your google calendar (and others). So it is always with you on your phone.

Time Tracking
