Keep your team, large or small, on track using tasks and since they are kept in the FIREBusinessPlatform you can see them on the calendar and quickly determine ‘Whats the status’ – unlike emailing out work. Tasks have start and end times and can be set up serially to accomplish larger goals across multiple people. When past due they stand out on the calendar. To manage support of customers task can be submitted with a form or automatically created and once again, all are seen on the calendar for an overview of the workload.
Tasks can be created manually, automatically from forms being submitted and automatically from advanced funnel rules. Once the system is set up, critical work will not fall through the cracks – it will always be tracked.
FIREBusienssPlatform has a formal file repository. These files can be contracts or media used in the landing pages. The repository is integrated with all other entities. This is where a PDF would be saved that could be attached to a down load form for customers. Interactions and uses of the file are tracked.
